A Blend of Style

Set inside a converted dockside warehouse, this project layers industrial bones with softer, residential-grade detailing. Exposed steel and concrete are offset by textiles, brass fixtures, and generous daylight.

The brief called for a space that could shift from working studio by day to relaxed gathering space by evening — the layout and lighting were built around that duality.
